Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at turath.support@gmail.com. 

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You may request an exchange or return within 3~7 days of receiving your order.

Refund processing may take 3~7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
• Items used or damaged are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is approved, customers can choose between:

1. A replacement product.
2. Store credit.
3. Refund via the original payment method.
